The Research For The Social Insurance Issues Of The Employees In The Foreign Companies In China

Under the circumstances that deficient reference and few to research, the author of this thesis attempts to give us preliminary study and analysis for the employees in foreign companies in China, based on the working practice and experience of the service for the foreign companies and their employees.The thesis not only analyses the status quo of the employees in foreign companies in China, but also cites their characters and the differences between the employees in foreign companies and other enterprises in China. The author also analyses the problems of the employees in foreign companies in China, as well as to discuss the cause of these problems. Finally, the author puts forward rationalization proposal.Through discussion of social insurance for the employees in foreign companies, the author hopes that dispel the misgiving of the employees in foreign companies and help them to better enjoy the benefit of social insurance, consummate the Chinese police of social insurance in order to enjoy the support of the masses, carry out the reform and open policy to further link the inside polices in foreign companies and Chinese police of social insurance with the pursers of accelerating reform and opening in every fields.
