Research On The Mechanism Of Promoting The NPO's Financial Tranparency

The construction of the comprehensive affluent and harmonious society needs to cultivate and develop the non-profit organization vigorously. The non-profit organization's public confidence level is not high causes its fund raising difficulty which becomes"the bottleneck"to develop the non-profit organazation.The very important reason which leads to the lack of public confidence is the low financial transparency of the non-profit organization. Until now the domestic related management does not have a request to disclose financial accounts publicly and report operation condition of the non-profit organization. The finance is the foundation to operate the non-profit organization and the soul of finance lies in its transparency.The high transparency means that can"see the essence by the phenomenon". The transparency needs a kind of corresponding necessary machine underlie.The realization of high financial transparency needs the technology to disclose the financial information and the system of financial supervision . This paper analysed the present situation of the non-profit organization's financial transparency and its reasons and attempted to construct a mechanism of promoting the financial transparency tallies with the chinese national condition and the system background in order to creat a pure and good faith space for the sustainable development of non-profit organization.This paper based on the information asymmetrical theory, the principal-agent theory and the benefit counterparts theory to research the mechanism of promoting the non-profit organization's financial transparency, conducted a thorough research to the present situation of non-profit organization's financial transparency .It elaborated from four aspects to promote the non-profit organization's financial transparency,such as the content that should be transparent, the way to achieve transparent,testing the effect of transparency, the security of transparency,namely from the establishment of the standard of the non-profit organization's financial transparency, the technical support of promoting the financial transparency in the network environment, the design of auditing system and the improvement of the related laws and regulations to construct the frame of promoting the non-profit organization's financial transparency.It's a theory and practice exploration to regulate and indtitutionalize the non-profit organization's financial disclosure.The paper's innovation spots lied in conducting a systematic research on the non-profit organization's financial transparency for the first time and constructing a mechanism of promoting the non-profit organization's financial transparency.It combined the financial transparency and the non-profit organization management organically which made up the insufficiency in previous research.
