After-sale service is more important in current market competition, The spare part for service is a key factor of after-sale service' 'quality , The spare part inventory influence service cost, service response rate and customer' s satisfaction.What the company pursue is to reduce the cost under certain service goal, Spare part inventory cost take great proportion of total service cost. It includes stock cost, transportation cost, warehouse cost, order processing cost and so on. so perfectly management of spare part inventory is more important to reduce service cost.This paper consist of five chapters, The first chapter introduce research' s background, object and significance.
