Study On The Application Of Urban Water Affair Project Finance Based On BOT Theory

Environment protection and sustainable development has become the commonaim of the whole society. Now we have come into a new era of construction of watersupply facilities. Private operation of infrastructure, a vital operating method, arrivedfrom public goods innovative theory, will greatly promote infrastructure constructionof the country. The country is performing series of new policies to promote nongovernmentalinvestment and construction of a new infrastructure industry.The BOT mode has achieved great success in absorbing foreign investment towater supply facilities construction. Therefore, to attract nongovernmental investmentinto water-disposal Establishment by BOT model is creative and practical.First of all, the dissertation explains the basic theory of the non governmentownedinfrastructure, Introduces the meaning, form, and excellence of BOT. Afterthat, it argues the necessity and possibility to attract nongovernmental investment intowater-disposal establishment by BOT model,and explores the operation mechanism,risk management of attracting nongovernmental investment into sewage-disposalestablishment by BOT model. Finally, it introduces a case to show application ofdomestic-investment BOT mode in water–disposal establishment in China.The author hopes that the results of this thesis will be helpful to solve theproblems in the applying of domestic-investment BOT and can make full use ofdomestic-investment BOT in water -disposal establishment field.
