That are man,machine,material,method,environment.Firstly, we need to enhance the initiative of associates.Specifying the internal customers for each department, improving the communication efficiency of organization, flatting organization, appropriate empowerment, specific Objectives reasonable appraisal, award or punishment, all these are the key factors affecting the associates.Secondly, we need to build a better work environment, carrying out 5S. It means sort,systemize,shine,sustain,study and discipline.5S can make the people,machines, materials information and environment under good conditions or stand-by status. This can avoid the line down for short of spare parts or materials etc.Thirdly, we need to simplify the processes or procedures and carry out total productive maintenance.We also need to make sure each motion, process, route and machine is necessary and try to balance the machines,processes,materials,manpower to eliminate the bottle neck and improve the Overall equipment effectiveness.Fouthly, we need quick response of quality control.No matter how good the plan is, the reality is that accident Occur here and there. Maybe, production line has run out of the materials. Maybe, the machine has broken. The goods have been rejected by customer. you have no choice but face it, and take action immediately.To report and solve the problems quickly, we divide associates into 3 groups: company-level, workshop-level and production line-level.We use the graphic, SPC chart, information board to show and monitor the process, upon someone find the problem he can put hands to solve it or report to the line leader, if the line leader can't solve the problem, then he must report to the workshop leader immediately till get the solutions if not, the issue will be submitted to top management immediately.This system can keep the leaders running for the smooth production. Further more, the QRQC extend to the suppliers. It helps on the quick corrective action and preventive action from supplies.We should pay more attention to the improvement of 4MIE. It may be taken as a reference for the manufacture industry.
