With the globalization of economy, the competition between countries has become the competition of comprehensive national power which is including economy capabilities and national defense capability, and scrambling for the leading status in high technology has become the focus of international competition. As one of the high technology, space technology is the national strategic industry and also an important symbol reflecting whether the comprehensive national power is strong or weak. The rapid and healthy development of space technology will bring great economic and social benefit to the country. Compared with the great power of space technology, there is still a considerable distance for China space industry to keep up with, and its research in the space industry policy is relatively laggard. Therefore, we should enhance the analyses and research in the industry policy which is suitable for the development of space industry at the current stage in China in order to promote the international competitiveness of China space industry.Firstly, this thesis gives a brief retrospect to the origin and developing process of the industry policy, and expatiating the research results and developing trend of the industry policy theory at home and abroad, introducing the present space industry policy of the current international great power of space industry and the progress of policy research of it. Then it gives a statement of the basic theory of industry policy in depth and discusses the relationship of efficiency and inefficiency of policy. Next, the thesis brings up the concept of"great space industry"and discourses its sub-monopoly market structure and the influence it produces on the space industry policy of China, and then puts forward the principle of the enaction of the policy combined with the deficiency of the present one.In the following chapters, the thesis carries out a detailed analyses and research of the structure, organization and distribution policy of space industry by means of industry organization, system, industry structure, and location theory and the method of information system analyses, finally coming to the corresponding conclusion and providing suggestion. |
