In this paper, through forecasting the market of the new anti-TB drug——"Sanxian anti-TB" , we analyzed the project's investment environment, as well as prevailing market conditions of this project. By comparing the item's strengths and weaknesses, we make up the development of the project on the basis of development goals, such as business development plan. This article also analyzed the project's financing plan, as well as the protection of the investors' rights and benefits in the process of financing. Through estimating the investment in the project, and the project's financial analysis and evaluation with the project's feasibility study methodology, we will determine the ultimate viability of the project, in order to provide a basis for decision-making projects. In the last part of this article, the author analyzed the project's risks, as well as the factors which influence the risks and gave some proposals about how to deal with the major risks.
