Commodity & chemistry industry is one of the important pillar industries of the national economy, which has close relation with people's daily life. With a large population, market in China is promising. WHITECAT is the most influential national brand in China.In recent year, the competition of commodity & chemistry industry has become more and more fierce. WHITECAT has to face the competition with foreign enterprises as well as native enterprises, such as P & G, Lihua Hangao, Huawang and Nanfeng, Libai, Naaisi and so on. In this plight, WHITECAT are getting into the trouble of poor operation, capital shortage, shrinking market share, and profit decrease. In this case, this paper investigated the system, configuration, finance composition of products of the organization, summarized the existing problems of the company, integrated with its micro-environment and analyzed its competition position in commodity & chemistry industry from the prospective of both internal and external. By SWOT Analysis and TOWS Deduction, this paper put forward the strategies for the company.For executing the strategies efficiently, a few detailed marketing planning, control and organization design are provided. It also points out a right way for future development and promotes the position of WHITECAT in Chinese Commodity & Chemistry industry.
