The Difference Study On Tourism Community Involvement In Dangjia-cun

From 1985,Murphy put forward the train of thought of community method for the first time in《Tour:Community method》,Domestic and international scholars have done much research on "community method" in tour industry,in 1990,the logos of community tourism was introduced into our country and developed continuously.For example,the development of ancient village tour. HongCun,XiDi and the three greatly ancient town in the south of China can be the typical example. But all these research analyzed community as a whole which contrasting the relation of community and other tourism stakeholders,but neglecting the internal community.So beginning from internal and external of community,this article takes the national history and cultural village——Dangjia-cun as example,and does a systematical study on the internal and external of tourism community involvement.Moreover,This article put emphasis on the internal differences of tourism community involvement.By taking these methods of on-the-spot observation,questionnaire(the half structure) and interview(small scope group discussion,big scope discussion,communicate one by one) with local residents etc,the fist-hand data were obtained,and much material about tourism community involvement in Dangjia-cun was got,insuring the liability and the accuracy of this study.On such a basis,the data were processed and special subject maps were drawn with making use of the related software,which make the analysis of this article more scientific and the conclusion more dependable.Based on rich material about the development of tourism and community involvement in Dangjia-cun,This article analyzed the internal(the differences between community and other tourism stakeholders) and external(differences inner community caused by the demographer and other social factors) of tourism community involvement.and then summarized the level,type, stage,mode,obstacles of tourism community involvement in Dangjia-cun,Finally putting forward some pragmatic countermeasures on how to impruve tourism community involvement level from now on.The main research results of this study are as follows: 1.Dangjia-cun is placed in the initial stage of tourism development.2.External differences of tourism community involvement in Dangjia-cun is reflected in the different roles,interest and power of the community and other stakeholders.3.Internal differences of tourism community involvement in Dangjia-cun is reflected as follows: different ways and contents of community involvement between community and other stakeholders, different interest request and power in tourism development between community and other stakeholders,on community involvement level caused by sex,age,tourism income,political status ect.4.The level of tourism community involvement in Dangjia-cun presents spatial variation, type diffference.and is placed in organized participation stage,by analysising the internal and external of tourism community involvement.5.This article put forward some Countermeasure physically and systematically to improve the level of tourism community involvement of Dangjia-cun by setting up a new mode on tourism operation and management of Dandjia-cun,a new Communication mode among stakeholders,a new education and trained system of Community tourism,and a new Financing system of Community tourism of Dandjia-cun.The main innovations are as follow:1.Perspective innovation,this article takes the "difference" as study perspective,and choose the national history and cultural villages——Dangjia-cun as case,which can be the perspective innovation.2.Contents innovation,this article does a systematical study on the internal and external differences of tourism community involvement,which enriched the research frame on community involvement of rural tourism.3.Theory innovation,this article defined community involvement differences internally and externally,put the stakeholder theory into practice in a creative way,which enrich the research on ancient villages tourism theoretically.
