Since the reform and opening-up policy, with the rapid development, China's small and medium-sized enterprises have turned into the most dynamic part of the national economy, and become the important component of the socialist market economy. But for a long time, the financial support obtained is not commensurate with their contribution. The difficulty in financing has become the universal problem restricting the development of SMEs. One the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the SMEs basic theory, the article has analyzed the present situation and the reasons of SMEs financing difficulties, and through overseas successful experience, proposed the solutions suiting China's national conditions for the SMEs financing difficulties.The overall structure of the paper is as follows:The first part, introduction. The thesis introduced the study background and significance of topics, carried on the reorganization analysis of the domestic and foreign related literarure, and elaborated the organization chart and the approach to the study.The second part, the basic theory of SMEs financing. The thesis elaborated the definition of SMEs and the elementary theory of SMEs financing.The third part, the analysis of our country SMEs financing. First, this thesis has analyzed the present situation of the SMEs financing, and through the analysis of both endogenous and exogenous financing present situation, shows the SMEs is beset with difficulties of financing. Based on this, the thesis further analyzes the reasons of SMEs financing difficulties, namely the internal and external reasons. SMEs' own problems and adverse external environment cause their difficult position of financing.The fourth part, international comparison and reference of SMEs financing. SMEs financing problem is not unique to China, small and medium enterprises in foreign countries are facing the same problem, but the United States, Japan, Britain, France, Canada, Germany, and other economically developed countries are successful to this question's solution, we have much to learn and think. This chapter has carried on the elaboration on the experience of overseas SMEs, and proposed several opinions that we should learn from their successful experience.The fifth part, China's SMEs financing solution. On the basis of analytical study above, this chapter proposed solutions to the plight of China's SMEs financing channels, such as strengthening legislation, the policy support, enhancing their own quality of SMEs, the establishment of a sound security system and multi-level capital markets and so on.For the final conclusion, we believe that under the effort of country, community and SMEs, the small and medium enterprises financing difficulty certainly will be solved diligently!...
