Research On The Wage Growth Mechanism Of Enterprises Initial Distribution Of National Income

The income distribution is the source of livelihood. Wages are the main revenue of the workers. Enterprises are the basic unit of the wage distribution. The establishment of a fair and reasonable enterprise wage distribution system not only relates to the immediate interests of workers and the long-term development of enterprises, but also affects social stability and harmony. In recent years, the proportion of the labor payment in the initial distribution has been reducing gradually. The problem of the low level and slow growth of the wages of ordinary enterprise workers is increasingly prominent. The report of the CPC 17th National Congress proposed to increase labor payment in the proportion of initial distribution and set up a normal growth mechanism of wages for workers. It is of great importance and practical significance to deeply analyze the existing problems and causes in the initial distribution, draw on the experiences in the wage income distribution of the mature market economy countries, research on how to create a normal wage growth mechanism suitable for China's national conditions, rationalize distribution relations of the enterprises.Through analyzing the current problems of income distribution of enterprises and the negative impacts of ordinary workers' low wage level, this thesis explains the dialectical relationship between efficiency and fairness of the income distribution. It summarizes basic models and development tendency of wage income distribution under the conditions of market economy by recalling and comparing wage decision theory and practic in western mature market countries. On the basis of the review and consideration of China's wage system and wage distribution policy transition this thesis puts forward goal mode, main contents, measures and proposals to build a wage growth mechanism suitable for our national conditions.
