The Study Of Salary Management Of A Civil & Building Engineering Design Co.

Under the background of the innovation in national system, and in order to accommodating the development of the enterprise, the salary management innovation is going along like a raging fire in our survey and design industry. Every enterprise needs to establish their own salary management system that incorporated with current situation and the requirement in future development. It is well-known that human resources is the core in designing industry competition, so designing enterprise must establish new compensation concept, and found reasonable and effective compensation system with scientific method which can meet staff needs, attract talents, improve efficiency and maintain or increase the enterprise's competitive power.This paper mainly includes five parts: First, put forward the background and the purpose of the study; Second, introduce some general principles of Salary Management, which is the theoretical basis of the study of the A company's Salary Management; Third, analyze the current situation of Salary Management in A company, and bring forward the problem they have; Fourth, put forward some countermeasure in allusion to the problem; Last, bring forward some guarantee measure of the Salary Management innovation in A company.By way of studying the Salary Management System, this paper makes some analysis of the current problem of Salary Management in the company. With modern theory and method in Salary Management and the experience absorbed from western enterprise, this paper proposes the new Salary Management project which is more scientific and will promote the company's advantages in competition, and also provides references for other enterprises.
