The Casual wear boutique as a commercial sales channel was introduced into China in the nineties. As a chained retail store, it carries the role of branding, selling products, attracting customers and marketing its own fashion trends. However, the current design concept for a brand shop still has much work to do.The brand casual wear was brought into China in the early nineties, and then they can be found in metropolitan cities in our country. Its sales channels are in the form of franchised store. This new type for sales has its own features of development. There are many kinds of concepts and methods based on the commercial spaces. The aspect of the unique design of franchised store was determined by these different contents and methods. Nowadays, the designing work is increasingly becoming specialized while the division of labor is becoming sophisticated. To analyze the design work of franchised store systematically, then a set of special methods in connection with the designing of franchised store will be established. According to the opening of many existing brand franchise stores, the summation to the present experiences for designing and construction, the combination with the designing theory of finished formed commercial spaces and the conclusion for the suitable methods and principles in the strong light of the designing of brand franchised store will greatly improve the designing work in the future.This thesis is divided into four parts, which analyze, describe and summarize the designing of the franchised store.Part 1: This part gives a general introduction of casual clothes franchised store and casual clothes. It lays the foundation for the designing work and research. Knowing the characters of casual clothes and casual clothing franchised store from every aspect is to grasp the overall designing condition and have a good understanding of the characters of the designing targets thoroughly. The detailed discussion can be found in Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.Part 2: This part is to find out the preparation work of JEANSWEST franchised store in earlier stage and get into the theme of the designing of franchised store gradually. The understanding to the targets and preparation work are very important to the designing of franchised store, because the main focus of this type of work is to get to know the designing targets completely, and then the subtle differences can be highlighted from professional perspectives.Part 3: This part is an important chapter which leads into the designing research of franchised store. By using the examples, it is to indicate how to solve the problems about the designing work of franchised store step by step. The process of this complicated work which can be explained more directly, clearly and be easily understood. In the field of store designing and other designs, the representative stores are elucidated as examples in different periods.Part 4: This part is to analyze and finalize the designing of franchised store, also make comparison among each type of the franchised store. Try to summarize the designing methods to instruct the future work for the designing of franchised store. In accordance with the former experiences, we are looking into the future to explore the future development trend and the prospect of the franchised store designing.
