In the competitive global marketplace, flower business organizations often need to team up and operate as a virtual enterprise to achieve common business goals. The author, according to the tendency of the electronic commerce in the world, profoundly understanding the environment foundation of the domestic electronic commerce, proposed a solution within a certain city which applied various technology of electronic commerce to the traditional flower market.Firstly, this thesis presented the history of the development of electronic commerce and the situation of which has been applied to the flower transaction in the overseas markets and domestic markets. In the second part, the author schemes out the solution of a complex system. Since the flower transaction is very similar in many large cities in our country, the author takes Zhengzhou city, the capital of Henan Province, as a region to demonstrate how technology of electronic commerce would be applied in the transaction, including two relativity and independency electronic commerce system, i.e. Business to business system and business to customer system. At the same time, the author designs different ways of payments and logistics according to two different business circumstances of B2B and B2C. For the sake of providing integrated project for those companies which intend to make use of EC in flower trade market, the author demonstrate its inevitability from the standpoint of economic.According to the author's inquisition and research, electronic commerce could be successfully used in flowers trade in our country, and could economize very big bargain cost for the society; it also could promote an economic development to some extent.
