The goals of this study were to investigate the structure of Organizational Ethical Climates of Chinese (OECC), and its antecedents, and to examine the relative effects of employee' to their performances. To gain these objects, some standard methods, such as literature search, translation, in-depth interview, focus group, questionnaire etc. were employed. In data analysis, some traditional statistical methods, such as exploring factor analysis, confirmation factor analysis, on-way analysis of variance were used.This study covers two parts:First of all, this study worked out OECC questionnaire by principles and techniques of psychometrics and statistics such as investigation and factor analysis. The result showed that OECC should be multidimensional structures. After analysis, the data showed that should be 5 types of OECC, which were respectively named as Collectivism, Institutional, Profit-Efficiency, Self-interest and Care.Then, this study examined the relationship of OECC and its antecedents. These antecedents included Size, Type and Property.1. There was a significant difference in Collective, Institutional and Care bye Size of enterprises, no significant difference in Profit-Efficiency and Self-interest.2. There exists a significant difference in Institutional, Profit-Efficiency, Self-interest and Care by type of enterprises, no significant difference in Collective.3. There exists a significant difference in Collective, Institutional, Profit-Efficiency and Care bye Property of enterprises, no significant difference in Self-interest.The limitations of this study were discussed at the end of the dissertation, and point out the orientation of the research in organizational ethical climates.
