With enhanced attention for food safety and entirment protection from consumers, organic food with continuable characteristic would have large market potential in and within China as new industry type.Organic food industry just had been developed more than ten years, the precious experience from foreignal developed contries including flexible sales channels ,deep-processed techincals and strict operation regulations about organic food could be learned by us. Although organic food in China has 10.47% increasing ratio per year during these years, but still be lower than world level by average;Meanwhile, consuming population and types are limited and exportion size is smaller, the whole competitive power is still lower, opportunity and risk exist together for organic food industry in China.Currently junior organic agri-prducts are the key items for organic food industry in China, organic processed foods are quite few.Based on the speciality of organic food itself, this paper selected organic rice,vegetable,tea and fruits those are representive as researching objectives, and be guided by comparative advantage theory, competitive advantage theory and special agriculture theory. The results showed that natural advantage, production size, net profit and key technical progress would affect organic food production through site investigation and information analysis; Price ratio, acknowledge level, available input and food safety consionsness would affect organic consuming through organic market survey based on comparing anaysis; In addition, market competitive power of organic enterprise and development style,policy guidance and support from government,industry environment, supply system and medium agency would also be influential factors for organic food competitive power in China.Considering of these analyzed factors,this paper built the evaluation system of organic food competitive power influence factors in China, and through AHP and Delphi method, the results showed that price ratio and net profit of organic food are key influence factors, while avaliable input, technical progress and food safety would be inferior important factors.Further analysis showed that disadvantage exsited for organic consuming as most important level, some items such as price ratio and acknowledge level had worst advantage; The net profit of organic production as second importance had none of obvious advantage. Meanwhile, the competitive advantage.of social environment,supply system and medium agency as influential factors need to be improved furtherly.Based on above analysis, the suggestion for improving organic food competitive power in China is as: emphasize production and research of organic food, increase organic net profit through cost-to-saving and deep-processing diversely; build flexsible sales way, improve organic food price system and corn competitive power of organic operators, and develop medium agency, strenghthen support and management for organic food from government, guide organic food industy with clear policy,healthy and positive environment.
