There are more and more Perishable Product and the season product. Under this kind of business environment, the historical data is more and more unreliable, even not available. So the stochastic demand newsboy model was restricted. A promising additional instrument to represent and treat uncertainty is fuzzy set theory. The fuzzy demand newsboy problem has become very important in the business management. It receives more and more attention from the academic and business.Based on former research, the paper researches fuzzy demand newsboy problem. The research contents and innovation of the dissertation can be concluded as follows:1) According to the credible theory, it studies the expected model of fuzzy demand newsboy problem. It compares the fuzzy expected model, the fuzzy possibility model and the stochastic demand model. And it discovers that the sum of the profit and the cost sum in fuzzy demand newsboy problem is not a constant. But the fuzzy expected model varies less than the possibility model. Thus it proposes the direction for the later fundamental research.2) It expands one-time ordering to reordering model of fuzzy demand newsboy problem. Because the demand fluctuates acutely and the forecast of it is very difficult, so the supplier allows the retailer to reorder according to the actual market demand. The mathematical model is formulated and we obtain the optimal ordering strategy.
