This paper is based on the case of logistics distribution of Pu Yang Cigarette Factory and the line divided question about the physical distribution allocation system, we give the research about the method of the line divided question .Based on the inquire of enterprise's demand and the operation flow and the present situation foundation, we have the abstract and the simplification to the actual problem .We established the line division system's model according with the general VRP model. This model includes objective function, basic restraint and basic supposition. Used two stages the heuristic algorithms to divide the question to speak the good solution, to divided the question in view of the heuristic algorithm to say bribes in the solution process most to be close to the algorithm "easy to restrain precociously" the flaw to make the improvement, revised the algorithm termination condition and introduces the work load to be balanced. Union geographic information system (GIS), to has carried on the discussion based on the allocation line optimization and the auto-adapted adjustment's modern physical distribution allocation information system development technology, and in the GIS platform, the tobacco company's partial mesh point data which provides according to the tobacco company, has carried on the test and in the electronic map to the algorithm demonstrated that confirmed has allocated and dispatched line's division validity and the rationality.This paper proposes a new method of assessing workload—"Multiple Indicator test" .This method gives a new opinion in the distribution of the applicability of the line to innovate, the workload is no longer a simple examination to distance network capacity, or the number of lines as a standard of measurement of workload indicators , but these three indicators generated by calculating the weighted workload, each line of multi-target assessment, a comprehensive assessment of the line.In this paper, the results of research & development is tested on the basis of the tobacco companies provide the actual data network in the GIS platform . we achieved the desired results. |
