With the rapid development of China's economy, in national laws, norms and regulations, the registration of the accounting profession have enjoyed great development, audit services in economic development more and more important position. However, over the past decade domestic enterprises listed on the adoption of accounting fraud incidents occur frequently, our independent auditors the problems the market is gradually come out. The existence of these issues have serious impact on the audit of the healthy and rapid development of industry. Studies have shown that a number of issues mentioned above are involved in the audit market competition itself. In accordance with the theory of industrial organization point of view of the Harvard School, the basic theory of industrial organization analysis is carried out in accordance with the SCP Policy. Therefore, the market structure is the analysis of market competition, product quality, and performance issues such as the breakthrough point.
