A Research On Financial Strategies Concerning Agricultural Industrialiation Of Jilin Province

Agricultural industrialization was initiated as a new agricultural development strategy in Shandong Province in 1993, which was summed up the experience of agriculture and rural work. "Agricultural Industrialization" caused widespread concern in all aspects. On December 11, 1995, People's Daily extraordinary introduced the development of agriculture industrialization experience in reported Weifang, and dispensed the editorial about "On the industrialization of agriculture".It is proved that the development of agricultural industrialization strategies have become an important way to improve agriculture efficiency , the increase of peasants' income, rural development and to solve the "three rural" issue by 10 years of exploration and practice. Jilin Province industrialized operation of agriculture started in the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" period, developed in the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" period, and bounded in the "Tenth Five-Year" period, is related to the "Eleventh Five-Year" period of strategic planning an important topic. At present, the Jilin provincial government plan the industrialized agricultural. Industrialization of agriculture become the main model of pushing modern agriculture. As a relatively backward economy of Jilin Province, in the process of industrialization of agriculture, although there have been some successes, the financial inhibited to some extent has been formed constraints to deep the industrialization of agriculture.The article discuss importance of financial support to the industrialization of agriculture , existing problems, and make policy recommendations, which has integrated theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, in order to promote the industrialization of agriculture in Jilin Province, furtherly to promote agricultural efficiency and increase farmers income, push rural economic and social development.Firstly, this article analyze the current situation and trends of the Jilin Provincial Agricultural Industrialization from the basic content, the need for the industrialization of agriculture, the significance of realistic support to agricultural industrialization, the related financial theory and some international experience in a large amount of data to support the premise. Secondly, this article innovative proposed a new type of rural cooperative finance, which vigorously develop the rural financial market theory for financial the current situation and main problems in the agricultural industry of Jilin Province and the actual situation of the people in the province. The author analyze the importance of the the rural cooperative financial on supporting "three rural", developing of rural financial markets, and promoting the development of agricultural industrialization in respect of the evolution of rural cooperative financial history, financial co-operation a realistic necessity in rural areas, the comparison analysis among financial cooperation with other business financial and policy financial , the value of Jilin Province in the establishment of rural cooperative financial model and some main issues discussed in the development the process of rural financial markets of Jilin Province.At last, this article propose recommendations of improving agricultural industrialization enterprises financial support for the relevant state departments. The author give some constructive suggestion from the point of institutional, the innovation of financial products and agricultural industrialization enterprises how to adapt to the current financial developments for relevant state departments of Jilin Province to make decision and reference.
