The Web2.0 pattern which changed Internet's existence and provided the up-to-date application experience for the network's users contains many kinds of elements, such as the technological innovation, the commercial innovation, and the management reform. The Web2.0 pattern has been one of the front developments of Internet economy since the 21st century.This thesis takes the Web2.0 pattern of the global Internet economy at present as the main background.
