Along with the further financial-integration penetrating in recent years, the global bank-assurance develops rapidly. The concepts of bank-assurance had been introduced into Chinese insurance market in 2000. With the increasing insurance market's development of Shaanxi province, the insurance agents are more and more exceeded and competed stronger. Because of the serious situation, most of the Life Insurance companies become the bank-assurance into a key expand measure one by one especially development of the bank-assurance, the insurance company can get a great deal of benefits through this selling method .New China Life Insurance company (NCI) Shaanxi branch is the one of the most Life Insurance companies with a long history in local. It was founded in 2002, at the same time it expanded the bank-assurance works vigorously depending on its famous brand, well-known technology, abundant of resourse and so on. Of course, to be an experienced company, NCI also has achieved a better effect. However, with the rapid progress and gradually perfection, NCI Shaanxi branch discovers some problems in bank-assurance marketing operation structures and marketing team respectively. These reasons interrupt the NCI development in some extent.This paper deep analysis and summarize the status of NCI Shaanxi branch in bank-assurance operation nowadays, it provides us with some opportunities and threatens through the company's marketing environment, meanwhile it also display the NCI's advantages and disadvantages. Starting with the insurance market in Shaanxi province, the paper established relevant marketing countermeasures according to the 4C theory in Marketing references. It will bring us some feasibility advices to bank-assurance operation development of NCI Shaanxi branch.
