Research On The Financial Supporting And The Development Of The Producer Service Industry

This paper reviews the conception and classification of producer services industries, definites the meaning and extension, anal sizes the background, status in quo and existent problem. Applies the Eviews soft to analysis the main factors that influence the producer services industries.Base on the above analysis, I make a deeply research between producer services industries and its main impact factor-financial deepening degree. Analyze the influencing ways: four factors (financial organization system, macroscopic financial policy, financial products & tools and financial market) engender a common function to producer services industries and become a whole organic systematizational process.Then, use a simple mathematical model to educe the influencing mechanism of financial support to the development of producer services industries, it results that: to expediting financial deepening degree, and the growth speed of funds support of the arisen section exceeds the growth speed of the arisen industry is an essential condition which determining the development of produces services industries.Then, analyze the real situation of China with the relevant data from 1978-2007.show the support function and influencing degree of financial deepening with quantitative analysis. The results expresses that the financial deepening process pushes the development of the producer services industries regardless in a long-term or a short-term, but financial structure problem have a big restriction to the development of producer services industries, further financial reform is needed.At last, according to the above analysis, I put forward to perfect and establish financial support system to promote development of producer services industries. Then, to build more financial support measures, such as sounding financial market system; perfecting finance supports network; Establishing and perfecting financing system; speeding up financial infrastructure construction, perfecting financial environment system which are strongly suitable to promote the producer services industries development in a healthy and quick way.
