China Picture Frame Industry Development Analysis

After 20 years development, Chinese picture frame has been growing up as a new industry with strong relation to gift, oil painting and home decoration industries. She finally sees her great development opportunity.Currently, Chinese picture frame industry doesn't have too many workers, and also product types not too many. But picture frames have high added value and increasing demands in the international market. For now, the main producing areas are north east three provinces, Jianshu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Shichuang, Hunan and so on. These areas have rich forest resources.In this paper, there are four chapters. Fist chapter introduces the background of this paper research and its framework. The international picture frame is highly developed. Many overseas manufacturers have paid their attention to China. They either invest or purchase from China, thus Chinese picture frame industry also innovated. From last century 90's, there are many picture frame factories set up. This paper carried out research of these factories base on practical need, in the hope that more people will show their interest to this field, and then can protect this industry grows up healthily.In the second chapter, Chinese picture frame basic situation and its development characteristics are introduced. Then in the third chapter, from three different fields -production area, industry and demand, Chinese picture frame industry is discussed in detail. After this, Chinese picture frame industry suffers from many issues like most factories are small, backward technology, lack of designer, market management not well, lack of law and association etc, all these are urgent issues pending for solution.Finally A company is chosen as an example to study how Chinese picture frame company can grow up to overcome lack of talents and capital.
