A Study On Overall Budge Management In Internal Market Mechanism

In order to realize the operation and development goal, our corporation shall establish the management system suitable to modern enterprise systems, making our economic actions operating orderly and effectively in conformity with the ordinary rules of economic actions. As one kind of modern enterprise systems, overall budget management is widely used in western countries. And now many enterprises have realized its utility, and many have adopted this management system. But at the same time we can see that the drawback exists during the managing process because of shortage of experiences. And also as a new management concept, the corporation inner mechanism is accepted by more and more initiative enterprises. We can introduce such management methods as competition system and price system to inspire corporation's movements by providing goods and services to each other with inner preferential price.This article is to analysis how to improve the effectiveness of enterprises'overall budget management under the prescribed undergrounds, especially to the coal-corporation. Firstly, this article introduces the conception and meaning of overall budget management. Secondly, it prescribes the theoretical basis of enterprise inner market. Finally, it analysises the experiences and lessons of ChenSiLou coal-corporation combined with this company's practical conditions and the front researches. The author wishes these researches will be useful to proceed the overall budget management in coal enterprises.
