Market economy changeable, causes the determination and the control of the project investment becomes more complex, this needs to require the construction unit of the management of project cost to the project runs through the entire process. Project implementation stage is to realize the value of major construction phase, is also the largest capital investment phase. Implementation phase of the project cost management is the implementation of construction projects focus on the management of the entire process.The present thesis has conducted the research in view of the Meihu Hospital extension project implementation stage. And from the organization, the technology, the economy, gathers same level takes the measure variously, the enhancement investment control; The enhancement settlement management, closes strictly the good verification and so on.This study has a theoretical and practical significance for development and construction organizations to control project cost effectively in various stages, and for engineering consulting enterprises to carry out the whole process cost management. Meanwhile, it is helpful to study the method of engineering cost management and to improve economic performance of investment. It has a certain promotive function on speeding up convergence with internationally accepted practices.
