A Study On Expense Budget Management Policy Of The Citic-prudential Insurance Co., Ltd.

Budget management is the management tool for company to realize the planning, organization, leadership, performance, control etc. it's also an efficiency solution for standard coordination. It is very important to the China economy development environments. To implement the budget management policy is a useful experience of the developed country, it's meaningful to the company to built up high efficiency management rules, improve the management performance, strengthen the competitive power. But in some companies, difference problems and difficulties are found during the process to implement the budget management policy, how to design the budget management model and policy is a universal study course to the management.From the budget management working experience in Citic- prudential Insurance Company about 5 years, I summarized the key points of the expense budget management policy, present some actual cases and management tools in Citic-prudential Insurance Company for analysis and sharing, and then raise the solution for implement the budget management policy. There are total five chapters in this thesis; the first chapter is the opening, mainly focus on the subject's back group, introduces the study status of this area. The second chapter is introducing the basic theory of budget and expense budget management. The third chapter is present the budget management actual situations and the problems in Citic- prudential Insurance Company. The fourth chapter is to raise the solution about which are mentioned in chapter three. The last chapter is the summarization of this thesis.
