Study On Strategic Technology Alliance Cooperative Effect Based On Knowledge Spillover And Absorption

As a socio-economic phenomenon, a commercial evolutionary result and a way of knowledge-sharing and integration, Strategic Technology Alliance has received more and more attention and research in the field of technological innovation. The technology guiding the future production and lifestyle is often breeding and growing in the strategic technology alliance. The integration and sharing of the knowledge appear increasingly important in the development of new technology, and become an important driving force in the formation and the development of the strategic technology alliance.The production, progresses and the various stages of the transfer of the knowledge may produce the difference and heterogeneity of the knowledge and the capacity which make the knowledge spillover effect an extremely important factor in Strategic Technology Alliance study. But under the condition of similar knowledge spillover, the cooperative effect of Strategic Technology Alliance is different because of the difference of the enterprises'absorptive capacity, which also becomes an important cause that puzzles the development of strategy technology alliance.This article starts with the knowledge essence, and respectively with the explicit knowledge and the tacit knowledge, investigates the influence the of the knowledge asymmetry on the cooperative effect of the alliance, and further studies the knowledge spillover effect on the alliance, in which explores the measure standard and influencing factor of the knowledge spillover effect and the absorptive capacity, aims at revealing thoroughly the relations of knowledge spillover, absorptive capacity and cooperative effect in the strategy technology alliance, and introduces separately the knowledge spillover parameter and the absorption parameter to the AJ model, and finally points out the important roles the enterprises'spillover effect and absorptive capacity play on the alliance's cooperative effect from the aspects of the cooperative pattern choice, the partner choice and the investment, output and benefit assignment of the cooperation research and development, thus explains the phenomenon of the enterprises'different innovative achievements in the same external condition, and attempts to put forward my own proposals of enhancing the alliance cooperative effect.Finally, the article gives the hypothesis model based on the analysis of the correlation of the key elements and carries out the empirical testing through the questionnaire. In the data analysis, the article first carries out the factor analysis of the key elements of the model using the SPSS to determine the final composition of the elements, and then carries on the statistical analysis to the correlation coefficient of every key element. Again uses the LISREL 8.7 software package to carry out the structural equation analysis, proposes fitting value of goodness of the model, determines the final structural equation model and the hypothesis is checked out at last.
