Study On Strategies Of Bidding In Construction Project

With the implementation of bidding system of construction work in China, how building enterprises can accurate offers and get profit into their arms has already become the key problem of survival and development for building enterprises. Therefore, This article is mainly to study how to set up the scientific bidding price strategy.This article introduce tendering practices at home and abroad, put forward that there are three main decisions facing in the bidding and pricing for construction enterprises. This article made detailed argumentation to the procedure submitting a tender and working content of each periods in the bid of project, and proposed the tactics that the construction enterprise is in competitive bidding. on the foundation, combination with quantitative analysis method make policy, resolve with several problem"Whether to bidding or not","For which project","how to bidding price". Become a whole tender strategy.The article explain the activity of bidding by quoting the game theory. respectively aim at two methods of bidding in construction market, discussed the lowest bidding price and compound bidding price. Suggest through adopt game theory to build up the bidding price strategy model of the lowest bidding price, adopt the sequence analysis in quantity analysis simulate to calculate the model of compound bidding price. And it demonstrate the practicability of model by concrete engineering project.Finally the thesis suggests the problems that existing in the analyzing process, and the future study direction, making a fundament for the future analysis.
