Comparing with the economy of Delta Area of Yangtze River Metropolitan and Delta Area of Pearl River Metropolitan, Beijing-Tianjin -Hebei province as the core part of Circling Bo Sea Metropolitan was developing slowly. So it is significant to accelerate the process of the integration of the economy for the north and all over the country and the east-north Asia. With Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as object, this paper sets forth the meaning, purpose and method of regional economic integration of Beijing-Tianjin- Hebei. This article analysis the current situation of this district, trying find the problems for the economic integration of this area, putting forward the necessary condition and feasibility. And it points that regional economic integration is the requirement of the economics rules and China's development. So it seeks the path for the form of the integration of this area.District economic integration is necessary for all over the world, and China is paying attention to regional economics. Beijing-Tianjin-Heibei is the economics center and its development must hang on economic integration. This article gives some suggestions below:①Break administration bulwark and strengthen cooperation. That means breaking the thought of region protection, setting up law system to accelerate regional economic integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and establish a good regional circumstance.②Innovate regional economics mechanism, including consolidated layout mechanism, guidance concerted mechanism and zoology compensated mechanism;③Make out industry dividing the work and cooperation;④Accelerate the traffic building;⑤Make full use of the new Binhai district .
