The Selection And Analysis Of Development Countermeasures On The CHANG-ZHU-TAN Megalopolis' Leading Manufacturing Industries

In order to catch up with developed countries, developing countries usually follow the model of developed countries consciously or unconsciously, although this approach has achieved to some degree, but also results to some problem, such as wasting resources particularly non-renewable resources and environment destructing. As the world's largest developing country, China is now at the stage of accelerated industrialization , if China has changed the traditional road to industrialization the low efficiency , high input , high emissions , to a high-performance, low input, lower emissions one, it would make a great sense.This dissertation bases on the background of accelerating industrialization in China, as the perspective of sustainable, researches in how to choose and develop leading industries in manufacturing of Chang-Zhu-Tan. Through integrated urban agglomeration theory, the leading industry choice theory leading industries and regional development theory, the dissertation makes an analysis of comparative advantages and the development of economic integration in Chan-Zhu-Tan; based on the standard of resource-saving and environment-friendly society, it should pay more attention to protecting environment and resource-saving when people coordinate the structure of industry; Then builds up a Select System of leading industry by AHP; Finally , gets 5 departments as the leading industries of manufacturing for Chang-Zhu-Tan, and then it could be helpful to achieve new industrialization and coordinating the economic development of the whole region with a harmonious development of resources and the environment.The dissertation consists of five chapters. Chapter one is preface, it introduces research background of the dissertation, the basic conceptual framework, as well as a brief overview and comment of the research achievements by domestic scholars. Chapter two introduces some theories this dissertation used, such as the theory related to urban agglomeration, the leading industries theory, the leading choice of industry and regional economic development theory. Chapter three researches on the characteristics and development of the industry in Chan-Zhu-Tan, makes a definition of Chan-Zhu-Tan, focuses on the analysis of comparative advantages in Chan-Zhu-Tan. Chapter four according to the "two-oriented society, " building up a Select System of leading industry, describes 5 evaluation criteria and 10 Indicators, and finally gets a ranking of manufacturing industries. Makes a positive analysis on the elections at the top, gets 5 of them as the leading industries as follows, special equipment manufacturing, transportation equipment manufacturing, food manufacturing, non-metallic mineral products industry and non-ferrous metals smelting; the tobacco industry, chemical materials, chemical products industry and pharmaceutical manufacturing as pillar industries , gives some policy recommendations by an analysis of the industries above. In chapter 5, some politics of developing of the leading industries are listed out which are based on the analysis of current situation.
