Study On Sustainable Urban Land Use Of Hubei Province

Land resource is a basic key element of national socio-economic development, and sustainable urban land use is one of the basic conditions for urban socio-economic sustainable development. The sustainable use of urban land has to take into account during urbanization. Wuhan City, Huangshi City, yichang City , Xiangfan City and Jingzhou City are research regions in this paper, and a deep research on the problem of sustainable urban land use is done.Firstly, the paper summarizes the general theory for this study and concludes existing studied results to explore the basic category for land resources of sustainable utilization, expounds the technical route for the research of sustainable urban land use.Secondly, indicator system for assessment of the sustainability of urban land use in Hubei province is put forward, and then an assessment model for the sustainability of urban land use in Hubei province by BP neural network is established, after that the BP neural network model for sustainability assessment of urban land use in hubei province works, finally the sustainability of urban land use of five cities in Hubei province is analyzed. Sustainable urban land use amount is 0.581 in Wuhan City, is 0.691 in Huangshi City, is 0.662 in yichang City, is 0.511 in Xiangfan City, and is 0.616 in Jingzhou City.Thirdly, obstacle diagnosis model for the sustainability of urban land use of Hubei province is established and then obstacles factors which affect the sustainable urban land use of five cities (Wuhan City, Huangshi City, yichang City, Xiangfan City and Jingzhou City) are gained from obstacle diagnosis of sustainable urban land use of Hubei province.Forth, the clearance system of sustainable urban land use of five Cities (Wuhan City, Huangshi City, yichang City, Xiangfan City and Jingzhou City) are established by analyzing obstacles factors. And then the support system of sustainable urban land use of Hubei province including administration management system support point, law support point, economic policy support point, technique support point and public participation support point is designed by amplifying on the clearance system of sustainable urban land use of five Cities.
