For rapid responding and meeting customers'various requirement, and customers can participate in the products design, enterprises must quickly and exactly acquire customers'requirements, and get product design information through analyzing them. At the same time, enterprises need to provide a collaborative design platform that supports customers to participate in.The thesis analyzes the function requirement, structure requirement and data requirement of collaborative design platform which supports customers to participate in, proposes the system structure and the whole framework, analyzes the key techniques of platform and realizes the collaborative design.Then, the thesis researches on the mapping method of customer requirements in the view of multi-field collaboration. Customers are from different knowledge fields, so designers should carry out collaborative design with customers based on the professional knowledge background. The models of acquiring and expressing customer requirements are explored, with requirement investigation and data mining as the acquiring method of initial data. And then, the thesis establishes a simulation model using neural networks to calculate the vectors of customer requirements, and takes a simulation experiment with Matlab. The experiment acquires right customer requirements weights by analytic network process and analytic hierarchy process method, and acquires weights of design attributes by the mapping of extended QFD method, which establishing the mapping process of customer requirement.The thesis researches on an integrated and fuzzy customer satisfaction evaluating method, and establishes the customer satisfaction optimizing model based on investigation method and QFD method, integrative customer satisfaction model, meanwhile considering the cost limit and customization parameter controlling. Then it optimizes design attributes by extended QFD method, finishing with the most optimizing design scheme, enhancing the degree of customer satisfaction.The last section is the conclusion of this research and some anticipation of future work.
