Research On The Employment Increasing Mechanism And Achievement Of China's Modern Service Industry

In 1997, the government proposed the concept of Modern Service Industry for the first time. Based on this concept and the following research, and profiting from the predecessor's research on the employment mechanism of service industry and modern service industry, this article divides the service industry into two compound departments, the traditional service industry and the modern service industry, and mainly studied the employment increasing mechanism and performance of the modern service industry.By analyzing the industry-labor match effect, the income multiplier effect, the industry affect effect, the technical promoting effect and the labor supply-demand optimization effect, and proving them by utilizing employment elasticity coefficient, industry structure deviation, income multiplier, direct consumption coefficient, indirect consumption coefficient and influence coefficient, the article theoretically explained the employment increasing mechanism of the modern service industry and empirically confirmed the employment increasing achievement of it.Based on the above analysis, the article pointed out the current contradictions of China's employment and analyzed what could modern service industry do to alleviate them.
