M&A is a very important economic activity in the modern economic society. It has already become one of the effective ways that the modern corporation exists and develops in the modern market economy. With the development of economic globalization of the world and our country having entered WTO, M&A activity of corporation in our country reaches an unprecedented high tide.M&A financing is very important in the process of corporation's M&A. It decides the condition of the source of funds and the efficiency of the application of funds directly. M&A financing has a pivotal role to the corporation's success or the corporation's failure. Therefore, selecting the suitable ways of M&A financing and drawing the scientific strategy of M&A financing are the problems that the corporation concerns deeply.
