From ancient money shop to present commercial bank of the share system, our financial profession has stored up abundant experience on corporate clients' credit risk control. But, facing the current trend of financial global integration and corporate group, it still have a certain margin with the foreign bank and the request of the market, regardless of the theories prepares, the realistic condition, and the practical experience.To outstanding practical meaning, therefore, this thesis focuses on the research of actual bank operation as background. The research object is a local state-owned share system commercial bank---Bank C. By analysing present condition and existent problem of corporate clients' credit risk control of Bank C, through the whole process: Before the loan,loan in,after the loan, the thesis research and analysis one by one. Combining the control measure in each stage of Bank C, drawing lessons from the advanced experience of foreign bank, the thesis puts forward homologous suggestion to improve corporate clients' credit risk control by different stage. Trough research on corporate clients' credit risk control of Bank C, the thesis hope to investigate how to improve corporate clients' credit risk control and guard against the risk effectively. It's necessary not only for ensuring the safety of credit assets, realizing the banks' steady operation and long time development, avoiding erosioning the core of the bank capital by a great deal of bad property, but also for exaltation the commercial bank anti- risk of ability, strengthening the core competencies. It have very important practical meaning and theories meaning.
