| FTW (finance-transportation and warehouse) is a list of modern logistics. It is a convergence of the fields of logistics and financial operations. FTW can be used to solve the current problems of an unsound credit system in China. It becomes an important means of pooling funds between banks and enterprises.Each business including FTW has both risks and benefits .This business is still at the initial stage in China, therefore the risk research on it can be used for reference.Firstly, the paper introduces the concept of "FTW", then emphasizes on analyzing the avails of FTW. It hangs up 3PL's additive worth, and help the companies to solve the finance problems. FTW also brings a new operation to the banks. Secondly, the paper divides into 3 stages to study the risks of FTW.The first stage is identification the risks of FTW, according to the FTW flow. Then analyze the rootstock of each different risk factor.The second stage is constructing the risk early alarm model, which based on BP neural network. The risk early alarm model can predict the risk situation of FTW.The third stage is the study of risk control. The paper discusses risk control strategies according to risk grades, formulates different control techniques and measures to different risks, and emphasis on the study of impawn rate. |
