Research On Foreign Direct Investment Mode Selection Of China's Manufacturing Enterprises

With the rapid development of world economy, more and more Chinese manufactures turn their attention to overseas markets. China's manufacturing enterprises have encountered a series of difficulties during the competition with the world-famous multinational companies in the global market. So, choosing an appropriate foreign direct investment mode is very important for an enterprise to perform in international market. This has a great attention from home and abroad.The first part of this paper is a sum up of the study of foreign direct investment mode. Including an introduction of the status in quo of the research in foreign direct investment mode will be mentioned, and some trends in foreign direct investment mode theory, as well as some research strategies for foreign direct investment mode theory. So we can have a unitary review of research in foreign direct investment. The second part is an analysis of our country manufacturing industry investment present situation, including the investment experiences, investment present situation and so on. In the third part, an analysis of the present China's manufacturing industries' investment mode and influence factors. The forth part introduces FAHP and use it to do an empirical analysis. The fifth part gives some suggestions for Chinese manufacturing enteprieses when they choose a foreign direct investment mode.
