Study On Working Capital Management Of Sustained Oil Enterprises

The management of working capital is critically important to enterprises. It has a direct impact on the survival of the enterprise. But in theory, the research on the management of working capital has not been some new breakthroughs at home and abroad. It remains in the isolated working capital projects. But in practice,working capital management has been improved increasingly. This is mainly because of the wide-scale application of the supply chain management, channel relationship management and customer relationship management which have risen in the past 20 years. According to the circumstances of sustained oil enterprises, this paper will combine working capital management and supply chain management, and try to open up a new research perspective. That is, from the standpoint of supply chain management, research the management working capital, and put the modern management concepts and methods such as supply chain management, channel relationship management and customer relationship management into the management studies of working capital. So as to putting supply chain management as the center, and establish a working capital management framework, in order to promote the working capital management theory and methods system to innovate.This paper will use theoretical research, and present circumstances analysis, model building research ideas. First, comment the management theory relevant to this paper, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the research of this new model, then analysis the present circumstances and problems in sustained oil enterprises. On this basis, propose working capital re-classification method, and do needs analysis, then establish a new working capital management model based on the supply chain management theory. At last, propose specific countermeasures to strengthen working capital management of sustained oil enterprises. This paper will comprehensive through the concept of supply chain management, and put this new model for working capital management into practice, in order to raise the level of working capital management.
