| Our country has come into a new economic developing phrase of promotingthe Socialist Modernization and building the comfortable societycomprehensively. In this phase, the quick development of economy depends onadjusting the economic structure. The adjustment of the economic structureincludes the adjustment of the industry structure, the adjustment of the regionstructure and the adjustment of the country-city structure. Not only theirrationality of the industry structure but also the irrationality of the industrystructure derives from the irrationality of producers'factors allocation,especially from the irrationality of capital allocation. Therefore, optimizing theallocation of capital and improving the efficiency of capital allocation isbecoming the key to optimizing the economic structure and quickening theeconomic development.This dissertation chooses manufacturing industry as the research object.Based on absorbing related methods of the capital allocation efficiency thatmultitudinous domestic and foreign experts studied in recent years, this papercalculates the capital allocation efficiency of 28 manufacturing industry in eachprovince( excepot Xizang) and each economic region with panel data model. Inthis foundation ,we try to carry out the comparative analysis on the differenceof area capital allocation efficiency and its industry characteristics. Firstly, thetext discusses the difference between every industry in each area and thedifference between every area in each industry, and compares the two to get theconclusion that the capital allocation in areas is more ineffective than inindustries. Then,through the comparing of capital allocation efficiency in ThreeEconomic Regions, we get two conclusions: first, the capital allocationefficiency in the east,the middle,the western has the characteristic of gradientdescent. Second, the capital allocation in each economic region is overalloptimized. Finally, the dissertation classifies the manufacturing industry inThree Economic Regions with the standard of capital-intensive and labor- intensive, high technology and low technology. On this foundation, wecalculate the capital allocation efficiency of classified the industries in eacheconomic region,and analyze them from the aspects of area and industry. At theend of the paper,based on the empirical study, we put forwards correspondingpolicy suggestions of adjusting area and industry capital allocation andaccelerating overall optimizing of capital allocation. |
