| The Sci-Tech Small-Medium Sized Enterprise is knowledge and technology intensive economic entity. The efficiency of make use of knowledge and the ability of innovation in the enterprise lies on the extent of knowledge sharing . Knowledge is the core competence and primary resource. Therefore, knowledge sharing becomes the most important aspect in the Sci-Tech Small-Medium Sized Enterprises.Based on the literature study, the thesis proceeds with primary resource of the Sci-Tech Small-Medium Sized Enterprises—Technical knowledge and knowledge workers. It firstly analyzes the characteristics of the Sci-Tech Small-Medium Sized Enterprises . Technical knowledge is the point of the thesis. Technical knowledge can be classified coding technical knowledge and uncoding technical knowledge.Project team is the most important department in the Sci-Tech Small-Medium Sized Enterprises and the share knowledge activity in project team and cross-team is almost the all in the enterprise .So this thesis focused on the share knowledge activity in project team and cross-team.Secondly, this thesis analyzes characteristics of knowledge workers in the enterprises and inquiries into the correlation between the characteristics and share knowledge activity.Further more ,this thesis studys by questionnaire and interviews to three Sci-Tech Small-Medium Sized Enterprises in Jinan city , the capital of Shandong Province to analyze the main problems existing in the Sci-Tech Small-Medium Sized Enterprises.According to the research above ,Finally,the thesis designs and builds the knowledge sharing mechanism of Sci-Tech Small-Medium Sized Enterprises. |
