The finance industry has gradually realized opening up both internally and externally in our country, which is accompanying by the acceleration of economic globalization and capital opening and by the entire pushing forward and going deep of the marketing reformation. But the opening of finance industry has surrounded the interest marketing reformation. In other words, it penetrates the whole process of opening up in the finance industry. Through marketing reformation, the interest changes from the control price into the market price. The interest rate marketing has initiated a series of explorations about domestic commerce bank loan pricing.How to choose and make loan pricing model independently and how to face a shock from foreign finance corporations in order to get with the need of survival and development are the questions that finance industry must face and solve, specially entering into 2006 year. In and after this year, our country must fulfill commitment for taking part in WTO and the marketing reformation will be accelerated and the competition will be fierce. Therefore, making this research is of full practical importance. Under the marketability condition, the basic principle of the Commercial bank loan pricing is the profit maximization inevitably, but using the economical increase in value in the Commercial bank (EVA) to inspect management generally today, taking EVA as the core, establishing the loan pricing model, consummating the loan pricing management mechanism are full of practical significance. This selected topic research's primary content is based on such a consideration.Firstly, related theories are recollected and analyzed on a basis of fixing some basic concepts. The essay simply analyses the process of them. It thinks that the loan pricing is a key for the commercial banks survival under condition of the marketing interest. It also analyses basic principles of the loan pricing, compares five sorts of model in the western.Secondly, loan pricing of commercial bank is practically discussed on condition of interest marketing. After summarizing its features, the essay chooses commercial banks in Ning bo city in which they can represent and reflect interest loan pricing ability in our country and finds influencing factors on loan pricing mechanism, which includes practical interest structure, risks management tools, operating mechanism, managing system, customers condition, and so on. Then it points out those questions such as lacking risk management ability, operation ability and data, talents, technology. And this essay suggests that loan interest pricing mechanism should be improved from three main headings: enhance the awareness, bring up talented people and raise the technical level.Finally, proper loan pricing models should be chose and created. The essay puts forward three main principles about them for commercial banks in our country and chooses appropriate proper loan pricing models. Then, it has carried on the real diagnosis and the case analysis of the Cost-Plus loan Pricing pattern and the Customer Profitability Analysis Loan Pricing model which are based on the EVA. At last, commercial banks should establish appropriate departments accounting and evaluation system, set up modern interest risk management mechanism and establish supporting strategic management surrounding loan pricing.This essay tries hard to combine theory with practice, integrate general analysis and particular research for the study method; and it puts a high premium on unity of logical and historical discourse.
