This thesis through the analysis of the inner condition of Xingtai Power company and the environment around it, poses managerial innovation strategy of Xingtai Power company in combination with our country's relevance policy especially the Eleventh Five-Year electricity reform and development policy. It makes a good sense in developing the potential capability and resource of the company and in making best use of that to establish the super competitive capacity.There mainly are some present problems in the company: Firstly, lower electrovalence level leads to lower managerial benefit; Secondly, electricity generation cost is high and the supply of fuel lacks the long-term characteristic and the stability; Thirdly, a drop in the equipment use hour affects the power rate; Fourthly, the main force power set service period is long, the equipment gets older seriously, and the pressure of rebuilding in the environmental protection, the energy conservation and the consumes transformation are high; Fifthly, employees are so many, but the proportion of talented ones is few; Sixthly, social responsibility is heavy because of enterprise's community function. This article mainly analyzes the inner condition of Hebei Xingtai Electricity Generation Co.,Ltd and the environment around it. So the company managerial innovation strategy is provided, that includes the culture strategy, the human resources strategy, the developmental strategy and the administration innovation strategy.The article can be divided into seven parts. The first part is preface which mainly introduces the investigation background, meaning, content and frame of the article; The second is the analysis to the electric power market of the state and the south of Hebei province power networks; The third is the analysis to fuel need and supply of the state and the south of Hebei province power networks; The fourth is the analysis of company management actuality and solving the administration problem; The fifth is the analysis of the company competitive ability; The sixth is the formulation and implementation of the company managerial innovation strategy; The seventh is tag.By being researched and practiced in the enterprise, the article provides innovative conclusion: The first is carrying out the reform of labor, personnel and distribution systems; The second is exploitation and plan of the enterprise culture with the tenet of constructing harmonious Xingtai Power company; The third is constituting goal administration system of Xingtai Power company.
