Study On The Relationship Between Informatization And Enterprise Management

Accompany with the rapid development of science and technology, and the improvement of the marketing and internationalization of the competition after entering the 21st century, economic globalization has transited into the knowledge economy. The information industry has become the chief of economy day by day. Incorporating the informatization into the management of enterprises has been one of the necessary means to improving competition and validity of enterprises. Whereas the necessary of informatization and the high rate of failure in enterprises, this paper discusses the relation between informatization and management of enterprises, proves the necessary of building informatization in enterprises and provides ways to fulfill informatization effectively.This paper reviews the development of models of management of enterprises and informatization, and separates the management of enterprises in two categories: internal management of enterprises and external management of enterprises. This paper discusses the relation between informatization and the two categories, then defines it synthetically: management of enterprises is not only the foundation, but also, the informatization is the guarantee to the management of enterprises, and pushes the management of enterprises. Only by combining the informatization and the management of enterprises, can enterprises create the best profit, improve the competitive force, and achieve the goals of enterprises. This paper builds the set of assessment factors of the relationship, and defines the state of the relationship between informatization and the management of enterprises by Delphi and fuzzy assessment and builds the model of the two things matched.This paper defines the relation between informatization and management of enterprises systematically. It helps enterprises think and deal with the relation, and then improves the competitive force and profits. It possesses the theoretical and applicatory value to achieve the strategic goals of enterprises.
