Research On Mode Innovation Of Materials Management Of Pingdingshan Coal Group Corporation

In recent years, logistics planning and supply chain management has increasingly become the important means of improving enterprise competitive power or capacity and reducing the cost of operation and management. However, it is an important theoretical application problem about how to apply these basic ideas and methods of logistics and supply chain management to practical enterprise operations, and how to establish a logistics management mode and project with the characteristics of combining advanced, pertinence with operational. It is of momentous current significance and far-reaching strategic significance to enterprise operations.These problems mentioned above were discussed on the basis of Pingdingshan Coal Group Corporation (PDS C.G.C.). The research on mode innovation of materials management was expounded according to the core of resources integration, and the modern logistics management system,"central reserve, deploying troops according to big area, centralize delivering, and information dredge", was posed. Firstly, the three major principles of materials management of PDS C.G.C. were posed. That is, (1) centralize purchase, centralize reserve, centralize delivering; (2) implementing the separation of market purchasing right, authority to supervise, and qualification test right; and (3) strengthening the managerial means of materials project, purchasing contract, and consumption quota. Secondly, the logistics information station of PDS C.G.C. was constructed, and the information network system of it was also designed. Thirdly, the measures and change directions of organizational setup supporting the logistics management innovation mode were discussed. Finally, the management affairs of logistics and supply chain management, delivering management, inventory management, supply merchant management, purchasing management etc. of PDS C.G.C. were analyzed in depth, and the corresponding operational schemes were also put forward.The reform schemes and achievements in research were implemented preliminarily in PDS C.G.C., as a result, remarkable economic benefits were obtained and the whole competitive power or capacity by a big margin was also achieved.
