As the basic materials of highway construction, aggregates and its quality are more and more important, thus satisfying economic development demand, aggregates providing enterprise has developed rapidly. Shandong Heritage Aggregates Co. Ltd is joint-stock professional company, specializing in scientific research, manufacture, vendition and transportation of aggregates. Now HR management of the company has limited in performance management system, especially in design of performance appraisal and foundation of motivation system, which has cumbered farther growth of the company badly, and should be solved as early as possible.This dissertation is made up of six parts. And the first part introduces research background, content, significance and technical course. The second part depicts correlative conceptions, evolutive history and theoretics trends, analyzes framework and function of performance management, and discusses the fundamentality of performance management system. The third part includes brief introduction of aggregates providing industry, analysis of aggregates providing enterprise actuality, and diagnosing of HR management problem and gained special demand of this industry. The fourth part introduces construction of aggregates providing enterprise's performance appraisal system and design of motivation system, appraises different method, and introduces their effect considering of the third part. The fifth part discusses the case of performance management system of Shandong Heritage Aggregates Co. Ltd, which bases on the above theory design and carries into execution. And the last part summarizes the dissertation and prospect of further research.This dissertation designs integrated performance appraisal system and incentive system of aggregates providing enterprise, whereas checkout and validity of design needs perfect in the future.
