| Company A, one of the wholly-invested subsidiary company of a certain iron and steel group, under the reform deepening times of State-owned enterprises and based on its future long-term development, intends to carry out its modern enterprise mechanism reforming. Summarizing a large amount of theoretical and practical experiences, this paper has elaborated this company's mechanism reforming scheme and strived to explore a popular and valued mechanism-reforming road for middle and small sized enterprises from a vivid property innovation practice of this representative enterprise.This paper firstly introduces the achievements and problems of State-owned enterprises'reforming practices, and briefly reviews the chief corresponding theories and practical experiences thereby. Starting from this company's system and based mainly on the analyzing methods of actual examples demonstration, this paper has provided an impersonal attitude to study the mechanism reforming experiences and examples for some middle and small sized enterprises'structure regulation. Applying the SWOT analysis, this paper definitely put forwards this company's mechanism reforming aim and method. Furthermore. And as to the question of Company A'mechanism reforming, from the point of view of the staffs allocation, assets evaluation, shares property setup, corporation governance modes, reforming audit, prompting methods establishment during reforming course and others, this paper has put forward some countermeasure. In the end, this paper studies this company's status quo and its industrial development trend and then gives out this company'development prediction after mechanism reforming realization. |
