A Study On Subcontract Strategy Of Logistics Service Supply Chain In Random Contions

At present, the study on supply chain focus on products supply chain which is oriented by the manufacturing companies or retail business. Actually, in particularly in e-commerce business operating environment, there is another supply chain model which transfer logistics services products, which is called the supply chain logistics services. It refers to supply and demand structure, which formatted by from the earliest logistics service providers of functional to logistics services integrator to customers in the provision of professional logistics services in the process.In the entire logistics services supply chain, coordination between logistics services integrator and logistics service providers is of particular importance, and directly determine to the quality of integrative logistics services. The rights and obligations between logistics services integrator and logistics service providers is bounded by contract. The paper research the contract between logistics services integrator and logistics services providers to reduce agency risk, thus to realize the logistics service supply chain coordination.In the random environment, the paper is studied on logistics services supply chain sub-contract strategy, from a random environment.First of all, cooperation mechanism between logistics services integrator and logistics service providers is the analyzed. On the basis of cooperation mechanism, logistics service providers is chose with application of game theory and AHP method and logistics services supply chain sub-contract the number of strategies is determined with application of AHP method and Linear programming .Second, three basic models of logistics services supply chain sub-contract, which include lump sum contract ,unit price contract and cost plus profit contract, is analyzed and triangular fuzzy AHP method is applied to choose contract model, and an example is given to analyze the pros and cons between the method and the AHP method. Third, the terms of logistics services supply chain sub-contract is discussed with application of the law and economics knowledge. The supply chain logistics services subcontracts with incomplete departure lead to two types of consequences. In order to reduce the adverse effects of two types of consequences, the major terms and price adjustments in terms of design should be focused on and an specific cases is given to describe it.This paper is hoped to provide some reference for logistics services supply chain sub-contract further study.
