SR Co., Ltd, was a state-owned foreign trade corporation, who was specialized in importing and exporting garments and textiles in Sichuan Province.Under the situation of China having been a member of WTO and the fast proccess of innovation of foreign trade policies,more and more foreign capital enterprises and privately owned enterprises jioned in the competition of the international market. As a specialized corporation, SR Co.,Ltd lost its monopoly market and got into a hobble.Based on the correlative marketing theories,especialy the 4Ps of the marketing policy, from an empirical research angle we analysed the background of the new marketing methods and how the SR Co.,Ltd making use of their new methods to avoid their crisises, introduced the 5new methods of SR Co.,Ltd in detail and their way of efficiently putting these methods in practice by stage in the international marketing.In order to supply some good instructions for those state-owned foreign trade companies, who are still struggling with all kinds of marketing crisises, we collected some real cases and data of SR Co.,Ltd when implementing the new marketing methods, the 5 workable and efficient mothods: transnational direct selling, combined manufacture,brand marketing, agent positioning and figure manufacture.How to break away from the hard situation by innovating in marketing methods, is a big problem in front of these state-owned companies. Our point is that,if only they realize their own shortages, acclimate theirselves to the change of the international market, practice the advanced marketing theories and take advantage of their own and throw away the old traditional methods, these state-owned companies can win in the international market.
