Elementary Research Into Highway Maintenance Management

In this paper, the author focus on maintenance management system, maintenance quality evaluation system and maintenance cost quota management of expressway.At first, expressway maintenance management systems of China and developed countries are analyzed. The author summarizes advantage experiences of developed countries and presents a new market expressway maintenance management pattern, which adapts to development of China expressway.In this paper, after the studying of the principle and method of expressway maintenance cost quota management, the methods of maintenance cost quota calculation and instituting is provided by the author.At last, this paper analyze the theory of Product Life Cycle with the consideration of environmental factors, the performance of material, applied load factor to show the deterioration of the performance of expressway. At the same time, this paper made some suggestion of controlling the total cost of curing and reparation in its whole ProductLife Cycle, and of making rational institution for the curing of expressway to save economical resources and to prolong the life of expressways.
